Why I'm glad I took the firewire cable with me.

Because if Scott had been able to upload this to our computer and send it to me in Amsterdam, I would surely have sprouted wings and flapped my way back to Brooklyn.

That's the kind of precious that leaves a permanent mark on your heart. God! I miss having little boys that age!

We're having some yuchy weather in Brooklyn today - wet slush. It made for picking up my 2 yr old from pre-school (with my 7 mos old in tow) a harrowing experience. So after many tears from both babies that left me gritting my teeth for an hour, it's nice to genuinely smile at a toddler again...how gorgeous. My favorite is actually from your husband "what he said" - that just about killed me. The love is palpable.

That's completely adorable. Yup. I would have headed back, too.

Oh, how your boys work their mojo. They're going to have to come with warning labels now, you know.

WE LOVE YOU, BABY!

I love them BOTH. Good gosh.

Have you ever heard SJ Parker talk about her son? I swear Henry and he must be very similar - he supposedly acts like a little man and says anachronistic things like "love ya baby".

strange comparison, i know.

Alice. Look at how many people you've killed or made wet themselves, probably at work, without a change of pants. Or grown extra non-human parts, jeez.

I could say shame on you. But then...think of the power? Yes, smithers, yes, excellent.

(clearly i am unable to see media images at work, or you would have another throwing up/peeing myself comment. But I do recall him as being rather fetching, so go you!)

As my 2 year old would say "oh my goodness"

that was beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing it with all of us.

Hope the trip was great and the real estate woes diminished some.

like anyone's going to read this far but, OH, OH, my OH-varies! the PAIN. too, too adorable. i think you should keep them both.

Keepers both!

Made me think of when my now-5-year-old went though a phase when he called me "honey."

Sigh. I miss those days...

Glad you're enjoying Amsterdam!

Oh my God. If you get tired of him, can I have him for a while? My daughter just learned, "Morning!" in her cheerfullest voice and every day it kills me dead.

What a perfect family you have! And your husband's laugh is perfectly between laugh and giggle -- plus he's hot and so are you. And your son's ruby lips kill me! Man he looks like you! That was such an adorable video it seriously brought tears to my eyes. Glad you're having such a fabulous time on your trip! I saw the pics on Melissa's site -- very cool!
