Isn't this how everyone spends their Sunday afternoons?

Your typical Sunday afternoon crazy dancing. from Alice Bradley on Vimeo.

He was dancing for a full ten minutes before I realized I should go get the camera.

I guarantee that if you have a small child, they will find this video to be the pinnacle of hilarity. Get yourself a small child, and find out for yourself!

2 things:

1. Did that remind you at all of the Fatboy Slim "Weapon of Choice" video where Christopher Walken is dancing all around? Because it totally reminded me of that. In a little boy dancing around the house sort of way.

2. Your floor is really beautiful.

Scarily enough, that is almost EXACTLY what my son was doing this afternoon, too. Only with less awesome eyebrowness.

I'm really impressed with his Moonwalk. I grew up with that dance and I STILL can't do it.

I must be a boy mom, because the first thing I noticed was the lightsaber on the table! Very cute, he'd fit in well here!

Yes, that *is* how we spend our Sunday afternoons! We saw a lot of very similar dancing today, in fact, with a few butt wiggling numbers at the dinner table. Henry is very cute!

He's channeling Jon Cryer from Pretty in Pink. He'd make a great "Ducky"!

Hey, who needs small children? I'm 42 and this made me indescribably happy. (Er, but just so that doesn't sound creepy, I DO have kids. My youngest will be 11 on Saturday. And she's STILL a complete nut. So don't expect Henry to outgrow that anytime soon. You're welcome.)

I especially love the part when he pauses and looks back over his shoulder at you after coming closer to the camera. What a riot, and what a very handsome boy. You're going to have to beat the little girls off with a stick!

My 23 month old wiggled while we watched and declared "Dancing!" with a big smile.

Thanks for sharing.

Somehow this made me feel much, much better about the insane 5 year old that lives at my house and does the EXACT SAME DANCE every single day. Five year olds are weird.

Yup. That about looks like my afternoon.

We are all dying over here, small child, husband, ok, not the cat, but me as well. I love this so much.

First of all, I remember dancing like this as a child. Not sure what that says about either of us but it's true. Also, LOVE THE GANGSTA SAG. Nice touch.

I totally have a woman for him over here.

Get that boy to a STAGE!

That's pure joy in a wiggle, that there.

Woohoo! That is some great blackmail material right there!

I feel like he watched Manah Manah, couldn't quite grasp what was going on with the crazy muppets, and felt that "crazy Oza" dancing was the only way to solve this.

Broadway choreographer? Oswald hmmm.... he's adorable!
November 24, 2008 | Unregistered Commenterstarrlife
I, too, thought of Manah Manah. I thought he was doing a fantastic human impersonation of that fuschia-haired muppet. Loved it.
