Darth Vader liked Italy the best.

.

There are over 1,000 photos, but I have mercifully uploaded only a few of them here. If you want more, you can come to my home and enjoy our five-hour slide show. And we'll even supply gauze and ice for when your eyes begin to bleed!

I love the pic, how Darth is surveying the planes. You get the idea that if they don't do exactly what he wants, he will mow them down with that light saber thing. Terrorists! Ha! Darth laughs at them.

Or I would assume, since I've never actually seen a Star Wars movie all the way through.

Darth will bring order to Rome!

Mmm. Five. Hour. Slide Show.

Reminds me of junior high when the history teacher would stick "Top Gun" on so that he could go outside and smoke.

Well, that and when he would stick on really boring history movies so that he could go outside and smoke.

But I am sure your five hour feast of visual effects is not boring at all.

i can see darth fitting in. the military there have a sense of fashion. if 1/4 of your pictures are this funny, then viewers do not require gauze and ice for the eyes, but something for the nose, when the fizzy drinks shoot from them.

and here I am wondering if Darth would fly coach.

I am so very envious of your trip, and I'm glad you had a great time.

I'll bring chips and salsa to the slideshow. I love Italy! And it seems like it would be fun with your commentary.

There are no pictures of FOOD. Your ancestors are rolling over in their graves!

Actually, there were tons of pictures of food, but my husband shamed me, and told me they were stupid, and lo, I did not upload them.

Beautiful photos!

Is it wrong that I am insanely jealous of Henry's eyelashes?

the dark plane. the light plane. the force. this helmet smells.

I feel that we should all write captions, like it's a new yorker cartoon. and all will be intensely witty. except then, you, alice, will enter your own caption, and win your own contest. damn you for being so brilliant.

Gotta love Darth...I too am envious of the Italy trip. How wonderful is that?

That reminds me...you may hate me for this, but I'll be Henry's hero. Bella doesn't understand the game, but she could watch and listen all day long. Sad, sort of.

AUUGHGHGHGHHH! You must warn arachnaphobic readers that you have gigantic striped spider photos.

Ah...Italy.

but

Am I the only one that noticed the look of surprise on the dog's face when H grabbed its wee-wee?

The spider was GORGEOUS. I personally think spiders ROCK when they are OUTSIDE.

My favorite was the one with the misty mountainside and the bucket in the foreground. Positively ethereal.

It's kind of ridiculous how cute your son is. You should have another one.
September 19, 2005 | Unregistered CommenterLeah
these are amazing... your son has the most magnificent eye lashes - i am sure you know... the photos of your husband's poses following the statues are a lot of fun... welcome back!
